Revenue

The Revenue page provides inputs that determine how the project earns revenue.

For the :doc:`PPA Single Owner <revenue_ppa>` financial model, potential sources of revenue include:

* PPA revenue from electricity sales

* Capacity payments (optional)

* Curtailment payments (optional)

* Non-energy revenue (optional)

For the :doc:`Merchant Plant <revenue_merchant_plant>` model, revenue may include:

* Revenue from electricity sales at market prices

* Revenue from ancillary services

* Revenue from capacity payments

For some projects, the power price may be adjusted by :doc:`Time of Delivery Factors <revenue_tod_factors>`.

:doc:`Industrial Process Heat (IPH <revenue_iph>`) systems, earn revenue through sales of heat.
