Calculate thermal conductivity at a given temperature.

Uses Latini et al. method (Poling equation 10-9.1).

Parameters:

• fuel (Fuel) – Fuel object.

• T (Quantity[float]) – Temperature to compute property.

Returns:

Thermal conductivity in W/m/K.
