Processing utilities for preparing geothermal favorability layers.

This module provides classes and functions to transform raw geospatial data gridded datasets suitable for consistent spatial analysis. Operations largely act on the pfa dictionary (built with the data_readers module) and include data cleaning, interpolation, and other various preprocessing functions for PFA layer combination.
